How to find your Activision email:

Your email is the address you used when creating your Activision account.

In the COD:M App:

• Go to Settings (gear icon) → Legal & Privacy
• Your registered email will be displayed there

On Activision website:

• Go to profile.activision.com
• Click "Login" → "Forgot Password" → Enter your email to check if it's registered

How to reset your Activision password:

Method 1 - Via website:

• Go to Activision Password Reset
• Enter your email address
• Check your inbox for reset link

Method 2 - Via COD:M App:

• Go to Settings → Legal & Privacy
• Click "Manage Activision Account"
• Select "Forgot Password"

How to recover your login details:

Step 1 - Find your Activision ID:

• Open COD:M Lobby
• Look at the top left corner of the screen
• Your in-game name is displayed there

Step 2 - Contact support:

• Visit support.activision.com
• Submit a recovery request with your Activision ID

Important: Keep your email access active for password recovery.

How to link your CODM account to Activision:

Why is this important?
Many players enter their Facebook/Google email and password by mistake. You need a proper Activision account to claim rewards.

Step-by-step guide:

1️⃣ Open Call of Duty: Mobile on your device
2️⃣ Tap the Settings (gear icon) in the top right corner of the lobby
3️⃣ Tap on "Legal & Privacy" or "Activision Account"
4️⃣ Tap the "+" (Plus) icon next to Activision
5️⃣ Follow the prompts to create or link an Activision account
6️⃣ Use your email and create a password (8-30 characters, 1 letter & 1 number)

Already have an Activision account?
• Tap "Sign In" instead of "Create Account"
• Enter your existing Activision email and password

After linking:
You will be able to participate in all Activision events and claim CP rewards.
